The gym is average, with simple facilities. There was wifi in the gym on the first day, but not on the second day. I asked the waiter and he told me that there was no wifi in the gym, which made me confused. The breakfast variety tends to be Middle Eastern, and it is quite satisfactory."

"This hotel is horrendous. The service is terrible, and the staff are utterly incompetent and unhelpful. Many employees openly show animosity towards Saudis, making you feel unsafe and unwelcome. Specifically, a receptionist named Ahmed was nasty and spiteful without cause. They all constantly pester guests for tips. To my fellow Saudis, I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place. The hotel is filthy, and the staff are disgusting. It's a total rip-off – not worth a single penny. To top it off, there are shisha cafes below, leaving the entire hotel reeking of smoke and shisha."
